Funny video. I have done that hike many times, and it looks wayyyy more scary on this video than it is in real life. I don't know...maybe I'm just working so hard on looking like i'm not out of breath, and I just totally forget that it's a little close to the edge at times. Too bad you didn't get to the top. Try it again, I PROMISE, it's worth it! Yeah, leave the flip camera next time...now THAT added to your danger factor tenfold. Latest death was on November 9th :( Very sorry for her family.

Was at Zion in August, too, and had to convince my husband that we didn't need to try this hike. After seeing your video, I am so, so glad that we didn't!

I'm glad you taped that, so I'll never ever ever ever have to even think about doing it myself.
And yes, fry bread is awesome.
Sometimes when I see fry bread, I try to make myself look as large as possible to frighten away other "predators". Of course, then the nice lady at the restaurant asks me to sit down and leave the customers alone, and if I want fry bread, I need to order my own.
Not sure where I was going with that.
PS. I hear Felicia Day loves fry bread. :)
