Pasquinade theme

Louis Moreau Gottschalk (1829-1869) wrote the gavotte-styled piano piece "Pasquinade" towards the end of his life. He was born and raised in New Orleans and travelled in the Caribbean and in South America. In his music you can hear overtones of the ragtime to come years after his death - which is why he is one of my favourite composers.

I'm playing just the main theme from "Pasquinade" here. The piece was written in Db and modulates into E, back to Db, back to E and then into Cm before finishing in Db again. I've taken the Db theme down into good old C... The main theme is quite simple - alternating between C and G chords - but there are 4 pull-offs which have to be played cleanly to get the melody to sound correctly.
