@phreerider Sorry to say this, yes Tayler is the owner for his liable for the action of deaf community because he set up his own R-List. He did not followed some of his own R-List. He did allowed some of their behaviors or actions without following the R-List. He is responsible for their actions and behaviors because he is the owner of his website.
