That part you said that is mainly played on the g String is off in my opinion. It sounds better playing octaves instead of single progressive notes. It's just my opinion. I know everybody has their own preference. This vid also has very poor quality. Peace bro.

a good deal of this is not how the band plays it, the main part being that the "signature" part of the song is played in chords, and not on the B string.
