  • When i try and get my leg up it stays bent and i dont know what do do cos i cant get ot curved like yours instead of being like a C its more like a V on its side any tips please?:/

  • @JoCe1453 hey! go in your scorpion, and hold it for 40 seconds. then rest, but when you go back in it, try to straiten your leg just a tiny but, even though it will hurt your back. hold that for 40 seconds. rest, straiten it a little more, hold, you get the idea. that will help your flexibility in your back, which will make straitening your leg much easier. you should also sit in your split and extend your arms back

  • @JoCe1453 behind you and grab your leg then. it will hurt a lot, but it will also help. you can also get a friend to come help you stretch by laying on your stomach and having them push your leg towards your head, or by standing up with your stomach to the wall and having them rest your leg on their shoulder and keep pushing your thigh in.
