amazing i love this! this combined with some cardio is really making a huge difference in my legs! it gives that extra little something to spark some change! i reccomend trying to build up the number of times you can do this circuit through! at the end it says you have completed 4 of 8 rounds so i figure its meant to be done at least 2 times through..with a few seconds break in between each 4 sets of course! :p but this is great!!
