  • Never heard john do this before. I always loved the S&G original and john is one of my favourite guitarists so i cant go wrong really ;0)

  • @MattyLawrenceJoel Wow, that was a long ass time ago. Here, I'll listen to it again...

Nope, sorry. It has nothing to do with being relaxed or feeling the music, I just find the whole thing a bit boring. Maybe it was an emotional thing for him but I don't connect with it and the whole presentation just doesn't hold my interest. I think the fact that I haven't even thought about this video for a year is testament enough to the fact that I genuinely just don't care for the performance.

  • Wow dude. Relax and enjoy gorgeous singing and melody. It's interpretation of it, They don't scream like maniacs in the original. It 's what is great about live music, the moment, the passion the heart, the soul the hurt. He was dating an Emily at the time, I'm sure it had something to do with how his emotions blew, i fucking love it. Quit measuring intervals and shit with your pitch pipe, close your eyes and listen and feel it.

  • @napodman He sang it correct, the video is half a step down because of copyright :)

  • I think in a world of pop and generic rubbish, Simon and Garfunkel would be really pleased with this. I'm surprised they took a break to sing a song of such nature. Awesome job!!

  • Yep. Today's artists, people. The lyrics aren't enough to sell the song. There has to be a hook, or in this case, a screech from hell.

  • There is something really touching about JF performing this song in front of a large audience...he is letting them take a peek at his soul, and there are not too many moderns artists who are willing to do that...Bravo, John...

  • In spite of missing a few notes, the song transcends the artist. Art Garfunkel OWNS this song, and anyone else will be trying too hard.

  • @Numbpk3r2

Teah , that is definitely something John would have said :|

  • way to wreck a classic...fuckin shit
