  • That's a great way to destroy a medball - d-balls work much better and last a hecuva lot longer!!

  • I can see that you love Crossfit but ..... please make sure you learn the proper technique for the movements.

    You should squat down with your back straight ( not rounded) as you go down to pick the ball up after slaming it to the floor as hard as you can.

    Nevertheless, I like the effort and the pics at the end of the video.

    Good job!!!!!
