Those are some new bandnames Ive not heard of (apart from Graveworm), I'm gonna have a look at it tommorow Currently I'm listening to CoF; altho I kinda was not specially amazed by the time I heard it first, I've now realized how valuable music they play :) Thanks for the entertaining conversation. If you ever get to know something regarding Tvangeste, please let me know.

To tell you the truth, I haven't found a band that has duplicated the intense feeling that Tvangeste produces. You might like Siebenburgen, Vesperian Sorrow, Thulnar, Ceremonial Castings (particularly the song Immortal Black Art), Opera IX, illnath, and maybe even Graveworm.

She's the first black metal woman vocalist I have heard of, and as I mentioned earlier - the greatest and the clearest voice ever. I've been listening to Tvangeste only since several days, yet with no hesitation I added them to my top bands, which there aren't many of after all. Would you maybe recommend me similar symphonic bm bands that are lucky holders of such glorious woman voice? I've been searching resultlessly.

Yeah, the only band close to Black Metal that I've heard of to come from Poland is Behemoth. It's also tough to find Black Metal listeners here in America. All people ever talk about when they hear the words "Black Metal" is Dimmu Borgir and Cradle of Filth. Victoria was always my favorite member of Tvangeste. I've been trying to find out what she's doing lately.

Apparently in Poland not, if I happen to meet a black metal listener, (what is morbidly rare btw) the perpetually mentioned bands are the top ones, such as Slayer etc. In fact, a popular band (least in my consideration) is a band playing a good deal of concerts, having wide discography and millions of fans. And regarding leave of the members, yeah that's right, I must have skipped that info somehow while I was reading about them. They're just two now, I reluctantly have to share your opinion.
-
Well I wouldn't say unpopular. They're pretty popular in Norway, to my understanding. I'm a little skeptical about thew new album, since Victoria and some other members left the band.

I wish this band became famous - imho it's the most hearable Black Metal vocal ever, and not only is it hearable, but also very enjoyable while listening. I would consider this band as one of my tops. So demotivating they're unpopular and as far as I'm informed, they've been making their newest album since 2005 (it is said it's gonna be released in 2013, lol)
One of my favorite songs... Much respect to band Tvangeste!
