When author Tina Erwin's niece died at the age of six, she was forced to use all of her knowledge of metaphysics to help herself, her sister, and their family to deal with this profound loss. All of her years of experience, coupled with the personal healing of her family, guided her to create a guidebook for healing grief. Erwin offers advice on how to cope with grief as well as how to help others who are dealing with loss in this interview about her book "Lightworkers Guide to Healing Grief".

  • Excellent interview and some wonderful tips for those who are grieving and family and friends supporting them. Thank you for posting this video!

  • Cara Tina, Great interview! Grazie molto for this video and your book! I so look forward to reading more!

  • Thank you Tina for this video. It has given me some ideas to help those that I love who have lost family members. Thanks for reminding us of our own goodness and that we are good, courageous people. I like the idea of giving restaurant gift cards to families since no one wants to cook or clean up during this time and they can go out to eat when they want to. I am looking forward to the other ideas in this book. I would like to have you talk at our grief group. Grief tool book is a good idea.

  • Finally, I can know what to say and what to do to help the people I see all around me who are suffering. A friend of mine's son just died and I am looking forward to reading this book so I can know how to be a better friend to her. I will be more comfortable speaking to her. This is what each person's life is about...helping others, being of service to others. Service comes in many forms and sometimes being there and helping our grieving friends and neighbors is what it is all about.

  • Thanks so much Tina for sharing your experience and wisdom with us so that we may all have the opportunity to better understand the importance of helping others in those trying moments we all face at one point or another in our lives through sharing our love and compassion.

  • I am so excited this book is coming out. Knowing what to say and helping someone who is grieving is one of the most difficult things we can do. However, helping someone who is grieving is one of the most important things we will ever do. This book will help me to spread THE LIGHT OF LOVE to those that I love! Bravo!

  • Awesomely divine! Lets all heal by moving into our hearts. :)
