A visit to the edge of the present extent of the flooding north of Bangkok. The flood waters have reached the Don Mueang area. This video includes clips of the flooding from Wat Don Mueang northward approximately 2 Km. showing the flood waters and some of the people affected by the flooding.

Minimal editing, native background sounds.

  • 大変な状況なのに笑顔が素敵です。

    だから、タイが、タイ人が

    大好きです。

    日本も大変だけど

    ゆっくり、あせらず、

    いきましょう。

  • @sawadi0701 Yes, a smile is wonderful, especially in difficult times. Thanks for your comment. Hang in there Japan.

  • Thanks Phrakanong for telling me that Chatuchak is not flooded. Got different picture from friends but they are not from Bangkok. Always good to verify with reliable sources everyone! Such a relief.

  • @zhenzx update zhenzx - the water in one of the khlongs, Khlong Prem, in Chatuchakk District is overflowing its banks. Sorry I don't know the exact locations and extent of the areas affected by this.

  • I can't believe you spend a day filming the flood, or at least the after effect.

    Thank you.

Are cars in Thailand stick shift or auto-manual?

  • @ninuxy Most taxis are manual shift. There are many pick-up trucks here also. Most of them are manual shift. Many of the privately owned passenger cars are automatic. I'd guess most of the newer models are.
