School was worse today than ever. People were gawking at me during most of the day. It reminded me like my first day all over again. It probably had to do with the hot guy that was following me around most of the time in the halls.
It's ironic, Nick got assigned the locker right next to mine, how does that happen? I don't have a clue at all. I knew the locker was vacant, but many lockers are spaced out evenly, since there are so little people here. We all have space around us so we won't be shoving into each other because of the size.
But no, he has the locker right next to mine.
Nick even got to sit next to me during most of our classes. It's quite hard to believe the strict teachers aloud that. We have assigned seats in every single one of my classes. I have a feeling some strings were pulled.
Lunch was pretty quiet; Nick sat with me even though he didn't have too. I know he got invitations to sit with different cliques. He probably felt sorry for me or something.

After school we drive back home quiet. I was having a mental breakdown remembering that I had to meet Nicole at 4 at the outlet mall. She texted me right after school ended. I don't even know how she got my number, things mysteriously happen like this often. Such a small town and all.
When I pull in front of the mansion, Johnny was already waiting there for me, looking better than yesterday. He is freshly shaven and has clean clothes on.
"How are you?" I ask him after the hellos have been passed around.
"I'm pretty good actually. I've thought it over and decided to have a fresh start." He exclaims happily. A little to happy.
Nick speaks from beside me, "Well that's good man." They bump fists infront of me, causing me to stumble.
Both of them were ranking me on each side.
"Want to head to the mall and get some smoothies? I'll buy." Johnny suggests.
A blush creeps up on my face, "Um, I can't I have this girl thing and it involves shopping..." I trail off when I see the look of astonishment on Johnny's face.
"You have a girl thing? No fricken way. No offence, but you don't even like going shopping for presents much less for clothes." He says incredulously arching an eyebrow upward
Shit. How do I tell him? It's not even anything bad. You can do this Miley.
I stay silent and become very interested in wring my hands together.
"Well don't mind me; I guess it'll just be Nick and me. Since you're to busy." Johnny says smirking.
His hoarsely laugh fills my ears as he steps away and starts walking back the way we came. I turn around just in time to see him wink at me suggestively.
Oh god! He's probably thinking something pervish.
I mumble incoherent thoughts, until I feel a hand smack my ass, pulling me out my mental retreat.
I turn opened mouthed to look at Nick as he winks at me. "I had to do something to get your attention." He says cockily before shrugging his shoulders and walking to the waiting car Johnny was already in.
Damn, Nick is full of surprises. I think to myself before stepping into the house and coming face to face with Esperanza.
