@Beastly67 I was expecting that. That's the reason I've said "Sadly". It's sad to think that no matter how much we train, our body is going to slowly perish and make us look pathetic. Kudos to this guy, though.

I agree. Even if you trained all your live.. you will loose everything you trained for when your getting old.. so its a matter of saving as much of your fitness as possible, when you are aging. Im a martial artis and ill probably do that as long as im living.
