There are over 3 million Afghan refugees living in Pakistan today since the 1980s. This report looks at how they are surviving in refugee camps. A refugee camp near Islamabad houses nearly six thousand Afghans. Refugees says they are lacking basic facilities like electricity but city officials say that it's hard today for them to deliver basic facilities to Pakistani citizens and getting them to refugees who are not registered and have a high rate of reproduction is a huge challenge. **
