This Is the Parra 2,5 diesel. Its a very "hot" engine.Designed by Alberto Parra from Spain, produced in the Ukraine by very best experts on very high tech machines. Its a conventional concept ,with front intake, but it can easy match with a lot high performance engines.I think its similar to my 2,5 MVVS diesel, latest version....Wel made ,good performance with a solid realibity . Its availibel in this versions: Of course fixed combat vent. or r/c carb.
SSC = steel chromed cylinder & steel piston.
ABC = Brass chromed cylinder & aluminium piston.
AAC = Aluminium chromed cylinder & aluminium piston.
My ABC engine shoud run with a APC 7X4 and a 4,5mm ventury at 19100 RPM.The Output is than almost 0,5 hp.
Its a very good multi purpose engine.I "feed" him with my standart "house coctail"...about 40% petroleum,29% aether,29% castoroil and 2 % cetaanbooster.
For smaler engines,I change usuly the compilation of petrol. and aether to 30 /30 /38 /2 (petrl,/ castor /aether/ cet.boost)..This makes them start much easyer. Also if there is a bad throttel response on bigger engines,I recomeded to raise the aether part. The engine respond than much better if the trottel open up quick.
Its also possibel to split the oil part in half syntetik and half castoroil for even moore power. But in my opinion, castor its always moore safe, because it dont cut out of lubrication if piston get real hot and/of a to lean fuel mix.
In this short run it was not even tuned for max. power...engine runs so far maeby 60 minutes so in total.
The spec. edit. have as extra bonus high precicion Swiss ballbearings. This is one of 70 engines with serial nr. 3.Its a real screamer! Very powerful. After a carful run in,find the right settings,Its a great diesel engine. Its about 125.- euro and in my opinion, its realy wort it....Comes in nice box with special certificate and instructions. check it out : www.clubtamaran.com
Can be used in control line as wel in rc flight....I can only say...Bueno, Alberto Parra! Muchas Gracias hombre :-)
Yes indeed, very powerfull runner,.... and high quality materials & building skills.I can say,its a up to date old school diesel.
I must make once a plane for it...so he can strech his legs.. :-)
