Chester Green: No More Trash on Chester!

Chester PA has a right to clean air. Ocean City Maryland needs to reinstate their recycling program instead of dumping more trash to be burned in a city that has an overwhelming number of incinerators already. We have a right to clean air just like Ocean City. Sign the petition and say NO to trashing dumping on Chester!

Thanks for posting this. Shame on Ocean City for ending their recycling program and dumping everything on the people of Chester. They should be increasing recycling, starting citywide composting, and stopping exports to the Chester incinerator.

how is covanta a polluter? they have air pollution control on their plants. i understand that it dosent get all of the polutants before intering the air but 99.9 percent. besides the stuff going into the air is water vapor and not smoke and basically you dont like waste to energy plants which are better than coal powered plants and are enviromentally friendly than LANDFILLS
