  • Thank you, Dr. Mercola. The information alone about the styrofoam cups was more than enough for me to ditch those items for good! I appreciate all the info you gave on teas as well. Thank you!

  • Wow, heads up to all the Dunkin donuts fans on that one! Lose the styrofoam, wish I knew that a year earlier.

  • Organic whole leaf Green tea...all day every day.

  • I have read studies about decaffeinated teas losing their medicinal properties. Green tea is one for example that is said to lose it's benefit when the caffeine is removed. I do drink a lot of tisane teas, or simple ginger tea(ginger root boiled for 15-20 minutes, add lemon and honey... great for when feeling under the weather). White tea is another tea with a small amount of caffeine, and studies have shown some loss of benefits when decaffeinated. I wonder what you might have found...

  • is that indian tea, tulsa or tulsi? and what do you put in it Doctor?

  • I love Cat's Claw tea, with a little cacao and maca mixed in to make it a "super hot chocolate."

  • Coffee drinking isnt necessary dangerous?

Are you implying that drinking coffee moves the coffee drinker toward disease? You say to drink tea, but is there really anything negative with non pregnant women/adults drinking coffee?

  • LOL
