US State Department's Cultural Envoy program, and the US Embassy in Paraguay presented classical guitarist Tony Morris and flutist Renata Green in a Paraguay tour May 2-12, 2010, which included concerts, masterclasses, school outreach performances, press conferences, tv and newspaper interviews, and more.

This video was made immediately following an outreach performance at the Pai Puku school in the Chaco region of Northern Paraguay for about 500 students plus staff.

Carlos Salcedo of the Agustin Barrios project in Asuncion is holding the camera and acting as translator.
