This is part 1 of a skin care series I have been working REALLY hard on. If you are watching this, please be sure to watch part 2 and 3 of this vid. There will be more to this project touching on each skin type, concerns, and product recomendations from the drugstore as well as dept, stores/Sephora,Ulta, etc.. I don't mind reviewing product for my subscribers but you must understand that if it isn't something I am familiar w/, I will need time to look up its ingredients. I REALLY hope this is helpful to anyone wanting to know about the world of skincare, how to keep your skin functioning at its best and what to avoid when choosing a product!

I had used clinique 3 step since my tweens to age 30... It always left my skin really nicely exfolaited and clear. But once I hit 30, I noticed my skin was dull and I can't tolerate the clarifying lotion, with the alcohol. I switched off it to the non-alcohol toner and still used the soap and worked well I recently went back out of stupidity for several weeks and it made it burn and get duller again so I switched off again.... What long term affects does using this alcohol have on the skin.

@emmalou848 You should definitely include a protective serum into your skincare because it is going to help with the sensitivity. I like Cle De Peau and La Mer skincare.

I believe the main reason why people use cream is because they need hydration but the easiest fix would be to purchase a hydrating serum. I use La Mer's The Eye Concentrate and since its in a jar do you think I should invest in a different eye cream?
