Pumpkins Of HOPE To Light Obama's Way To The White House

An inspiring music video of HOPE Pumpkins For Obama: An event held in Bucks County, PA on October 12, 2008.

This video of the HOPE Pumpkin event is accompanied by the song "Eternity," performed by Lionel Richie, from the CD "Yes We Can: Voices Of A Grassroots Movement". And on this perfect autumn day in October, creativity and passion flowed ... and HOPE truly was illuminated!

Pumpkins were carved and decorated by volunteers of all ages to light the way to the White House for Barack Obama and Joe Biden. A community banner with personalized messages was created and volunteer bakers used the pumpkin meat to make pies to donate to the local shelters and domestic violence centers in Lehigh Valley.

I wouldn't mind voting for Obama, but the thing that is holding me back is he want's to take our right to bear arms (guns) away. That means no guns in our homes to defend ourselves, no guns to hunt with, no guns to go practice shooting with, no carry licenses so you can't carry a gun with ya anymore. Heck no guns at all. I heard this on the news. This is why I don't know if I would vote for him cause I want to be able to protect myself from robbiers etc!!!

Hi, tornadokfl0405. Thanks for your comment. Unfortunately, there are a lot of lies being spread about Barack Obama, one of which is his stand on gun control. His ACTUAL stand on this issue is that he: "believes the Second Amendment creates an individual right, and he respects the Constitutional rights of Americans to bear arms. He will protect the rights of hunters and other law-abiding Americans to purchase, own, transport and use guns." This comes DIRECTLY from his issues statement.

Most of the germans are interested in the presidential votes in America, too.

And more than the half of Germans would vote for Obama.

He's would be your perfect president I think.

if you mention, that he is interested in the civil rights, it would become better with your crimerate, too. Thats my opinion.

Obama is not going to change the 2nd Amendment, which guarantees your right to bear arms. Anyone who tells you he wants to is lying for their own reasons. There are so many reasons to vote for him - I hope you don't let that fear keep you from doing so.
