The german keeper is a f***ing disgrace there - he can see it's gone over the line yet disregards that and carries on with the game - cheating c**t.

@CITYLAD1979 Its actually called savvy my friend. Why would he just stop and allow that to be a goal. I bet if Englands keeper would have done that you would say congrats to him. Im sorry that Germany just totally dominated the game and showed up England's " Golden Generation". They showed how slow and weak the England team really is. If it was a goal I still see Germany winning the game. Remember 1966 goal by Hurst? Its called Karma my friend and just live with it.

it's because referees are never made accountable for their mistakes so they are given no incentive to perform well, so they just phone it in. It's terrible.

@tyneandwearderbyday The 2010 World cup was refereed so badly! Certainly the worst tournament for Refereeing in my memory, So many Mistakes.
I really do think it's time for Video Technology to be used, It's 2012!!
Too many matches are decided by Refereeing mistakes, It's just Unfair.
