@Tyler31246 People say Wii is terrible because in the eyes of someone who plays Call of Duty or Halo (or any other super popular game) it sucks... COD for instance is indeed on Wii... But the graphics are highly decreased and the controls are... Poo poo... So for a hardcore gamer... Wii sucks... For a family exercise gamer it's great... I'm the guy in the middle...

I had to do this when I had physical therapy for my knees. I had to balance on this on thing while playing tennis. It was fun.

@JonathanTopping wii fitness is actually quite fun :P i wouldnt run on the spot for 10 mins unless i was accomplishing something xD idc about graphics, i love games like minecraft and mario kart cuz theyre fun, high graphiced. Omg imagine a realistic mario kart o.o horrible T.T

@Tyler31246 True, I only hate the wii though because of its poor graphics and most companies don't come out with good control settings for the games released for it. Also its exercises are able to be done without it so it feels like a waste of money.

illiterecy? English isn't my native language and appart from a few spelling mistakes and my phone mixing up words.. I'm doing ok. Elderly? that's a word for people of old age. I'm not old :P And since this discussion is going nowhere, I wish you a pleasant day with thinking a video game gives you the same physical training as an actual sport.
