All iis OK the trx is full open but 11 m band is 11 m. You mast work with low power,BTW how it work at 10 meters band and many other ham bands?

The solution was simple, R2 and R3 on the DC/DC board must be changed from 22K to 18K. The two resistors are SMD so its very hard to work on them thats why my solution was to mount in parallel with those, ordinary non-SMD 100K resistors to reach the value around 18K as recommended. you have problem with alc because TS 850 is not cb radio (look freq.)

TS850s is unlocked and it's working also in 11m band. My first love was the 11m so, I'm still active also there.
