  • Awsome, this helped me with my school work!

  • 'Carnegie Center' at Main & Hastings, in the notorious Downtown Eastside of Vancouver, BC., was built with a Carnegie grant.

Ironic that the former library is now the social center of the poorest, most degraded Postal Code in Canada, maybe the world.

The counterpoint of the video, having goals and achieving them, with lost and broken souls selling drugs outside the building, mirrors the modern, purposeless world, without hinting that the highest Human purpose is to emulate Jesus Christ.

  • Brilliant project...great narration...hope you got a good grade! It really informed me about this incredible man!In 1898 he started competing with JP Morgan! he felt that many had suffered from his selfish gains? JP Morgan made 62 million from the acquistion according to Napoleon Hill. From Wood to Iron to Steel to Philanthropy...the richest man in the world! Great project...when did Margaret die do you know?
