Hey Im looking through the Bills of exchange act 1882 and i can't specifically find where it says "Once a debt has bee paid, that debt i extinguished". Does anybody know where this is worded.

@PuritanTV to answer your question, yes T&C's can stipulate that a company may sell a debt, but the founding of contract law is that once a debt is extinguished through either sale or transer, the debt is then void, companies try to pull a fast one, but equality before the law means we are all subject to the law, this involves contract law, buy a contract law book and start researching, it will give you all the info you need regarding debt companies ect.

When you sign a contract or company T&C's for credit or loans there is an area there that states you allow the company to sell or passover the debt to a third party if needed. So how does this work?

interesting and informative presentation, It's great to see how many are waking up to the tranny we are living under and willing to give it a slap in the mouth. It disgusts me to see the elite amassing huge wealth which represents stolen labour often of the very poorest of this thing we call civilization.
