You have two things working against keeping a JRT in your area. First is NEVER LEAVE YOUR DOG UNATTENDED ON A CORNER NOR ANYWHERES ELSE and secondly HAVING AN INTACT DOG, ESPECIALLY A JRT IS NOT ADVISABLE. "Why" you might ask. The first hint of a bitch in heat they're gone with no regard for traffic and other dangers!! I am very sorry for your loss and I hope your dog is alright.
