@HoundDogMech We're sorry if you feel this video is useless. You have to realize we are a for profit business that provides help in our stores. Additionally we help people for free on the radio, Facebook, etc. As for the question of how to get rid of them? You may want to Google that. As you'll quickly learn, it is a complex and difficult process, not for the average user to attack on their own. We're sorry you feel this way, our goal is to educate, entertain and help.

This is USELESS doesn't tell me a thing about "BOTS" or how to get rid of them, execpt to come into your place and and spend money to have you work on my computer. I've given up listening to your radio show here in Phoenix. It's just not worth my time. I really thought you would inlighten us with your wisdom, butalas it just a 2 hour long comericial.
