Just for fun I had to make a NXT version of my Dino 5. It's not a perfect design, and not much better than the RCX version, but I had to try it out. I don't like the wheigt and size of the NXT. Good concept the body shifts the weight to the stationary leg while the other one moves. :D

Good work. I think you will get better balance if you move the nxt brick to hip area.
I have a doubt. Lego has only 3 servos. It's very limited. An ideal biped robot will have atleast 15 or more servos. then how is it possible to make a biped with this?

You should never limit your self.
Legos are great yes, but a servo controller can handle 32 servos.
I wouldn't stop making Lego robots, but you would be amazed at what you can do with servos. Hope to see your next big thing.

@mcsdaver You are right!, but.... A robot made of metal and servos can be made a lot better than a robot made of soft legoparts. But since I am only interested in Lego, I'll stay with that.

@abbrivi8 No I have not tried to move away from Lego, and I never will. To explore the limits of Lego is what I think is fun.
