hi, i need a help!
i made some composite structure by resin infusion and it work well but after i have a problem ,,
when i spray 1-2 hands of clearcoat but i have the famous problem of pin hole in the surface!!
i try to degass the resin before to infuse. please, have you a solution for my problem? thank you very much

It may have been better to use a couple layers of infusion flow netting down the center attached to your epoxy line rather than the sprial wrap, only because you probably had quite a bit more waste resin this way, but at least you were guarateed epoxy would get to the far end quickly!

next time don't put your spiral wrap that close to the vacuum side and use some media flow for resin distribution

explanation of what's happening would be more useful than music.
hell shkssj88, I don't know how to produce a pin-hole free surface using the method shown in this video.
The normal way to produce a nice finish is to is a negative(female) mould for the part. You start by painting a gel-coat or epoxy/polurethane-paint into the mould, let it cure, and then laminate glassfiber+epoxy on top. The gelcoat/paint produces a nice surface. If you google for "pikanto mould" you will find my blog and my latest model-yacht project which uses this technique (not infusion)
