God I hate this car.....(and yes I have driven one, I worked at a Nissan dealership)

How do we correct installation time? Ideas you guys? "I want you to go home and think of ideas so that I can call companies and let them know. That is your homework for the weekend."
Example Ideas:
1. Hire enough employees to cover the route at the exact time because people wait and are anxious. They also want to open the garage and have a set time for professional reasons.
2. Installation on the same day and even 9 pm buy. Wake up in the morning w/ brand new charger in garage.
