man this is not good. I ran into EMP's set up around the US. In my video's on why ice melts. it stated these things were to help with uncontrolable lighting. Due to the fact there is radioactive crap in the rain. thats why the ice pack is melting nuclear fallout/waste. you should see how much of that stuff is in the ice cores. this also goes with the 2030 report.
