As you can see from the tiger corpses, this is shot number two. I've solo'd him before and this is the first time recording it. I went for a different approach on the first shot, which turned out to be less than ideal. I used Seal of Corruption and kept the tigers behind me in an attempt to keep them receiving heals and in turn killed Zealot Lor'Khan too fast.

The ideal way to do this is using Seal of Light/Blessing of Sanctuary, take out the tigers and target Lor'Khan so she focuses heals on herself. I'm sure you could focus Zeth instead of Lor'Khan, but w/e. Basic idea stands you want her to focus heals on one of the three while AoE damage takes out the other two till they are all low. I keep an eye on them by mousing over them and checking their bars on the tool tip.

At one point I had to change targets for a moment to avoid killing her too soon. She seems to cast a heal very quickly after being rez'd so you want to avoid killing her prematurely at all costs. It won't kill you, but it will negate work you just did to burn the other mobs down.
