This guy is just NOT funny. His name is Ned and he doesn't even have a heavy accent. He was born in Honduras under the name Ned Mencia, but changed it to his father's name out of respect (Ned Holness). He was reaised in California. He adds the heavy accent, picked up the name Carlos and went back to Mencia just so hispanic people would "get" him. He's nothing but a liar. And yes, he does steal jokes but can't deliver them. Hmmm... I'm not funny so I'll talk in a dumb voice. FAIL.
