I came through weather like this when I was on the USS Constellation, at times our destroyer escort got completely covered up. Riding up and down off of swells is something else. I remember someone telling me one of the dangers of this weather is falling off a big swell and exposing the screws which can cause damage by vibration. Thanks for the video.

Ok tough guy. Maybe you live in the Bearing Sea on a row boat and don't think this is a big wave. But the deck of an aircraft carrier is 60' in the air. So when a wave crashes over the bow, the wave is taller than 60'. I'm guessing you follow so far. That's a 5 story house of water hitting your boat. But good job watching the video for 45 minutes.
