Pop the top off, make sure the middle is centered, then drop 18 drops on one side. Thicker E-Liquid you may have to whip the cartomizer like you do with a can of skoal. Put the top back on, but leaving a small fingernail spacing to make it easier to do the next time.

@chipmunk11271 That would be the liquid trap to stop liquid from getting in your mouth. Don't worry tho,because a lot of people just leave both caps off.
