Both are for 2008. Not sure what point youre trying to make there, but technology usually trumps numbers. And despite what Obama is saying, the US is still pulling a lot of the weight in Libya, even though its in Europe's back yard. Europeans just choose to spend a smaller share of their economy on the military, and as a result don't have the capabilities of the US.

@Arbitrary242 those americans must be pretty dumb because the EU has no military and even the combined militaries of its member states are not as strong americas. not hating on europe its just a matter of us spending more... and i absolutely agree there is no way the eu will be a dictatorship

No... But It shoud be... The only way to get a real goverment is to have eighter all power placed in one senter, possibly just one man... Not selected by the people because he is popular, but choosen by the elite because he is the one best fit to reign... Eighter in a absolutt monarcy, a dictator state, or a one party state... Also you have the perfect idea with arictocracy put somehow people fraund apon that...

Even if it is a dictatorship that doesn't automatically make it evil anyway - but the EU IS NOT AND NEVER WILL BE ONE.
