The city of Ogaki in Gifu Prefecture, Japan holds its biggest festival on May 9-10 with eleven ornate floats called "yama." They are paraded along the streets in central Ogaki and two of them (Tamanoi-yama and Shochiku-yama) have a stage where kimono-clad children dance.
