@ohwhatamasterpiece Keep working, but you'll need a good diet and more than just one exercise. Do ab workouts that make it hurt the next day and do em every day for a few months. Good luck to you though.

@munkfunk123 by back exercises you mean you want me to do pull ups wide? i do that everyday as well with 6-8 reps and 1-2 sets,and mate what did this man say between 7 seconds and 9 seconds?

@fahimmuchi to much do a day on day off, on your day off switch to lower back exercises perhaps
