    Your muscles will become toned. You will not become bulky. If you continue following the workout calendars, you will become more toned and therefore thinner. The thing is, the better your muscles are, the more fat they will burn. A pound of fat is a lot bigger than a pound of muscle. What you see is a result of the excess fat on your body that hasn't been burnt off yet, but just be patient :) Oh, and no diets! Lifestyle changes. Diets will not help you in the long run.     My dad is being selfish & took the PS3 away from the living room because I wanted to go to a different college -___-

    I used that to do these videos & now it's a real struggle doing them in my room..

    My room is puny. My beds/dresser/computer is in the way so I literally have the room of 5 Harry Potter books if they were layed out horizontally.

    THAT'S TINY. My goodness, I'm so mad.

    Been doing your video's for a week and already i am feeling better. I am a long distance runner so i was quite fit. But the first time i did your video's i had to stop. So along with my running training i have been completing one hour of your video's everyday. I am seeing results already. So glad i found out about you xxxXxxx
