Transformers: The Shuttle's Coming, Let's Watch It Land

Transformers The Movie - a clip of one of my favorite scenes. I encourage anyone who hasn't seen the movie to purchase it on DVD. If you liked this clip and the music then you won't be disappointed. Hot Rod immediately attacked the Decepticons once spotted, even though he was out numbered. Kup then raced over to save Hot Rod and Daniel. Also, the most excellent song "Dare" by Stan Bush is playing in the background, which is part of the reason why I like this scene so much. It fits with the action.:

Hot Rod didn't appear in any of the episodes before this movie, which is 2 years of Transformers. His first appearance is right here, in this very scene with Daniel :)

Funny at age 10 I thought Kup was an old dipshit and Hotrod was uber cool. Roughly 25 years later i think Kup is uber cool and Hotrod is a young dipshit. Weird how age changes your perspective on things. Hey any Autobot that can cause 2 Decepticons to take each other out is top tier!

I love how the Decepticons' guns are 3x's more powerful than in the cartoon. A pefect example: Megatron at 2:40 blows off an entire cliff with two blasts! LOL!!

I used to watch this scene on repeat for the song when I was a kid. Why didn't they put Hot Rod in the actual movies? :(

I know this may sound irrelevant but I wonder if Bay even remembered about Unicron to at least put a damn cameo of him in his latest Transformers move, I doubt it as his movies really disappoint me compared to this priceless one here! ^^
