its best to give them roaches as they are almost pure meat and like no fat at all crickets is 2nd best and superworms etc suck as they are almost only fat and no meat

Well, about 8-12 crickets a day, dusted with supplements, and about a cup of mixed greens. :)

They are quite a bit of work. Not a ton, but definitely time consuming. I got mine from a locally owned Pet shop, it was 2 years old when I got it. :) I would suggest doing some throughout research before you invest any money in a bearded dragon.
