The overall coverage of the lights employed in the MMX100 together ranges from 395nm to 625nm, giving the user the light spectrum coverage of much more expensive ALS Systems. For general crime scene searches, a white light MegaMaxx is also included. Unlike other alternate light sources, the MMX100 lights utilize new color LED technology, eliminating the need for light filtration which can lead to a loss in light intensity. In the event that the operator needs light less intense than the MMX100 lights emit, a diffuser is provided. All support materials for forensic photography are included - from a tripod to barrier filter goggles and camera barrier filters in yellow, orange and red. The MMX100 ALS System provides full forensic light spectrum coverage at an economical price.
