their early songs are just consistently great - this, flourella, take it easy chicken, ski jump nose, egg shaped fred. scandalously underrated and overlooked. most bands would kill for tunes like this

well, that one was still a mansun song, after all, they re-recorded it. I like both versions very much. this one sounds so row and "true to the core" while the spawn version got much more energy to it.
