when ur pressing the grape skins and collecting the juice u shouldnt just pour it into the carboy it should be racked other wise you get air into ur wine and could ruin the batch
Great video and your website is really nice! But what I didn"t see in the video was at the end "the Racking" ? Do you not have to rack? I'm learning more about wine, just not the drinking part.

@altoids18ROX you can only ruin wine durring frementation not befor fermentation. befor fermentation you dont even have wine

great vid but one question the mash fermentation did you cover up the batch and use a bubble bung or did you forment with the lid off to open air?
