Weighted chins, one arm chin training etc -- this is the kind of stuff we are doing to drive towards the one arm pullup/chin skill i.e. lots of concentric and isometric training with added weight

  • @mhrockstar hey man thanks for the comment! yeah marcus is a bit of a sicko isn't he!!! Glad this motivates you, I think the key is to go hard and go heavy, don't pussy foot around ;) We only just started doing these weighed chins a few weeks back and I can't tell you the improvement in our strength already -- goes to show that you should never stagnate but rather GO BIG!

  • VERY NICE!!! Is this just the exercises you do for fun? lol or are most of your exercises like this? The guy lifting his bodyweight times 2 is beastly man! That's just insane! Very few people can do this! I can only lift my bodyweight plus 25 pounds for 5 or so reps. This video motivates me to get wayyy stronger! :)
