Hi, nice video. Can you tell me, will small HD camcorders like Kodak ZE1 and Toshiba Camillo be ok for amature movie making? Or will i need a large lens etc?

Hey Steve great tutorial by the way. Im a videographer transitioning to filmmaking, and have a question. I know you can use the Zoom h4n to pick up audio with its internal mics. Whats the difference and how much of a difference is it, NOT using the mic you borrowed from your friend on any external mic?

Why is it when i go into the rec menu on my zoom i only have auto rec and file name? I have no option to change recording format

@Tom87893010 Check the back of the device, make sure the "Stamina Mode" is turned off.

if i have the rode ntg2 and the zoom h4n, is that all i need so i can record already my short film or is there any cable or something else i need?
