Experimenting with new Line6 Tone Port GX Metalcore Riff

I was just playing about with my new audio visual setup over msn and then this riff came out of nowhere.

Used Line6 tone port with cool edit pro 2 (pre adobe audition version)

5* playing, but how come your tone is so grainy?

I have no idea. I must have not set the EQ right. Having said that, I don't have good quality speakers, having heard my patches through decent speakers i've made adjustments - too much gain and ramped up distortion. Saying that, the shecter's pickup outputs are weaker than the ibanez's so i had to ramp up the EQ settings.

Get a 5150. Line 6 is super lame. But then again so is the music you're playing. Check out Architects (UK), Oceana, and Oh Sleeper.

Love it but use a little noise gate, the gain is so high lol. But really good tone, good playing.
