Snapping Turtle Goes Down Slide

This mama snapping turtle, who laid and buried a batch of eggs on top of Toad Mountain in our big kid play yard at Frog Pond Early Learning Center, decided to take the express way home. A class of of pre-schoolers cheered her on. Just a small sampling of the neat things kids at Frog Pond experience daily (though is certainly the first time we've witnessed a turtle using a slide!)
