Not sure if you knew this, but PETER GREEN, also wrote and performed BLACK MAGIC WOMAN, the famous Santana song .

@Zynyster Yes without a doubt, it is an outstanding cover of the song.
The original PETER GREEN versions are haunting, and in their own way superior.
Don't get me wrong, I am a MASSIVE JP fan from way back.
Saw them live on British Steel and Screaming for Vengeance tours, still have the tee's. somewhere in a box :)

@tookmynick yeah, Judas Priest did a great job covering their song and made it so much better. Oops, I didn't mean to make it sound like Priest wrote it, lol. The same with Diamond and Rust, the Priest just made that song so much better.
