  • Boxing stance is the only stance for any real fighting situation. Keeping your back foot flat restricts your movement and flexibility.

  • ok first of all stance is too high you guys look like boxers. secoundly you dont keep your back foot flat that causes you to loose power and your root. also you hold your hands too close to your face. that can be a good target for someone to break the back of your hand or hit it into your own face, pinning you.

  • Hey they retract their hands on a straight path pretty well. Keep the chin and torso protected. I feel one of them needs better balance by not leaning forward too much when hitting the bag.

    All in all though I see this as a good class.
